- Valid Photo ID: A government-issued ID to verify your identity.
- Application and Background Check: Complete the rental application, application fee, and pass a background check. (All tenants above 18 years old must have application completed)
- Proof of Income: Provide 3 months of pay stubs showing consistent income.
- Income Requirement: Your income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
- Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 is required. If under 600, a higher deposit might be required.
- No Broken Leases: Ensure there are no broken leases on your rental history, collections or bankruptcy.
